Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your e-mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email box accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you want to redirect messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
